Great location with a stunning view of the lake and convenient public transport nearby. The breakfast room provides a beautiful setting to start the day. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, making check-in hassle-free.

The rooms were small and felt stuffy with outdated bathrooms. No in-room WIFI which is inconvenient, and the lobby was the only place to access the internet.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the pillows were wonderful!

The elevator doesn't go to the 4th floor so it was difficult (not devistating!)with two bags and be aware of the bigger then normal step out of the shower.,

I loved the situation of the hotel and the view, also the staff were really nice and friendly, the breakfast was fine, served by smiling staff, couldnt ask for better. Also staff at reception were a credit to you and themselves.

The view from the breakfast room was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque sight of the lake. The staff at check-in were extremely helpful and friendly, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. In terms of location, this hotel could not be more conveniently situated. It was close to popular attractions and had easy access to transportation options.

The bathrooms seemed to be in need of renovation, as they appeared worn and outdated. The lack of WIFI in the rooms was a major inconvenience, with internet access only available in the lobby.

The hotel and staff were very accomomdating to us and our one year son. Upon arrival we received a room upgrade and the extra space was very much appreciated. The infant cot and bedding provided were very clean. The hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the lake with good access to Nyon. Daily complimentary chocolates left in the room were an extra treat!

Room service was not available on a Saturday or Sunday night. The room didn't have a kettle which we needed to heat baby bottles however the staff were more than happy to bring us hot water as necessary.

The hotel room was very comfortable providing everything we needed for our stay and the view over lake Geneva and the mountains is exceptional.

Considering the high quality the hotel aims to achieve we found the service at breakfast very poor - certainly the waitress we had did not go out of her way at all to provide what we needed eg. Question: are there any eggs this morning - answer: no -it's monday!! The coffee machine wasn't working hence cold coffee and water for tea. A lot of the china ware had chips and cracks and attention to detail was poor..

I had a large room with an amazing view, and the staff did come to my rescue to provide me with a better hairdryer!

For such an expensive hotel it was a big disappointment. I was travelling for business, and to find myself in a room with no ironing facilities (I had to pay to get my clothes pressed!) and a hairdryer that was next to useless meant I didn't have the basics I needed. In addition to this the air conditioning didn't work!

Helpfull staff, huge bed, wonderfull view.

Some aspects of the hotel are high in quality. The bedding was luxurious. There was a large flat screen TV in the room. We had a nice view of Lake Geneva. Breakfast was very nice.

The hotel had a bad smell which was covered over with a floral smell. The carpet in the room was filthy. We booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. We asked the desk clerk for a non-smoking room and were changed to a room which was for 1 person. We told the desk clerk that a single room was not acceptable. He changed us to a dark, odd, "apartment" on the 4th floor with no balcony and no view. This gentleman was absolutely clueless. We ended up staying in the smoking room. I was surprised the bathroom in the room had a bare bulb in the ceiling - not very classy. Parking is very limited. No one offered to help us with our bags. The air conditioning unit requires you to request a remote control from the front desk. This hotel is listed as 4 star, I think that is very overrated.

Bathromm are 50 years old and have never been renovated no pressure on water. No internet access on room Overall needs to be heavily renovated no wonder it is the only hotel in nyon that has always rooms available. Try to avoid if possible!
